If the US military is ordered to stand down and allow ballistic missiles to reach their targets in the US, or some other attack to proceed like 9/11, I hope they would do their duty to disobey any unconstitutional order and protect the homeland of their children anyway.

My guess is there will be a drill at the same time and an order for NORAD to stand down again. It may not be missiles but it will be something.
